Terms of Contract:
The Parkgate Group do not commit themselves to accept orders at the price in our printed catalogue.  The prices on our website should be considered to be correct and will be honoured as current.  Prices in our printed catalogue are subject to change without prior notice.  All goods will be invoiced at the prices online at the time of the order.  All prices on this website, and in our printed catalogue are exclusive of VAT.

Claims:
All claims for goods damaged or lost in transit must be reported to us within 2 working days of the arranged delivery date, failing this, the Parkgate Group will not entertain claims for such loss..

Delivery:
Delivery dates cannot be guarenteed and the Parkgate Group shall not be liable for delays in delivery or any concequences thereof.

Refused Deliveries:
The Parkgate Group reserves the right to charge a 5% handling charge and a carriage charge (for free delivery items) for any items that are refused for delivery.

Accounts:
Our credit accounts are stricly 30 days NET, for which payment must be made within 30 days from the date of your invoice.

Title:
All goods supplied will remain the property of the Parkgate Group, until full payment is received. The risk shall pass to the buyer on delivery.
