How long have we been trading online?

We have been trading online since March 2010, following several requests from our customers to be able to order out of office hours.

 

Who are the Parkgate Group?

The Parkgate Group has been operating since the mid 1970's, supplying the public with mobility aids, stairlifts and mobility scooters.  We launched our ever growing nursing care division in 2007.

We supply the carehome, hospital and care services market with high quality products.  We stock everything from hoists to all kinds of cleaning products.

If you are looking for products that are not available on our website or catalogue, please contact us and we will try and source them for you.

 

Payment


How are we invoiced?

If you are paying by card, you will receive an invoice by email.  If you are a credit account customer, we can either either email you an invoice or post you one out, which will then be due within 30 days.  We accept cheques, BACS and card payments.

 

How do we pay?

You may pay by debit or credit card, or by invoice.  You will need a credit account to order from us, which you can apply for here.

Can we only order online?

We can also take orders by telephone or fax on 01709 369588.

 

Delivery


What about delivery?

Local orders are hand delivered by our reps.  Our representatives can offer a personal service and offer advice on all aspects of care supplies.

National orders are delivered by our couriers.  Support and advice is available for these products is available by phone and by email.
